What Modos is
Modos is the AI operating system for private equity value creation. It connects the systems you already run — DealCloud and your CRM, IC memos, diligence, your value-creation plan and 100-day plan, board decks, and PortCo and LP reporting — into a Value Creation Graph: a living model of every portfolio company's plan.
From that graph, Modos surfaces drift and anomaly alerts, ranked interventions with owners, operating-review and board prep, reusable cross-PortCo playbooks, and exit and LP evidence. It connects what you already run — there's no new system of record.

Modos works with the most sensitive data a firm holds — deal terms, board materials, and PortCo KPIs. Protecting it is foundational to how we build. These are the principles Modos is designed around, and the controls we're formalizing through our SOC 2 Type II audit:
